All tour packages, hotel bookings, taxi services and flight bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment and written confirmation from Travel Mint Holidays.
3. Pricing
Package prices displayed on this website are indicative and may vary based on season, group size, hotel category and availability at the time of booking. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before payment.
4. Payment Terms
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking, with the balance payable as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Accepted payment modes will be shared directly by our team.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges vary depending on the destination, hotel policies, and proximity to the travel date. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed after deducting any non-refundable third-party charges (hotels, transport, permits).
6. Travel Documents & Permits
Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification. For destinations requiring special permits (such as certain areas of Leh Ladakh), Travel Mint Holidays will assist with the application process, but final approval rests with the relevant authorities.
7. Changes to Itinerary
Itineraries may be altered due to weather conditions, road closures, political situations or circumstances beyond our control. Travel Mint Holidays will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives in such cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
Travel Mint Holidays acts as a facilitator between travellers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, airlines). We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries or damages caused by third parties, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards local communities, staff and fellow travellers. Travel Mint Holidays reserves the right to deny continued service to guests engaging in unlawful or disruptive behaviour.

This website and its content, including text, images and branding, are the property of Travel Mint Holidays and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction resting in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
